地底卓尔语的句子结构和通用语大致相同。
名词复数形式
除了一些特殊变化外,以辅音结尾的单词加“en”构成复数,以原因结尾的单词加“n”构成复数。例如:

很巧的是,地底卓尔语里名词的所有格和通用语中的十分类似。所有格以原词末尾加“s”构成,如果那个词本身就以“s”结尾,则在末尾处加“"”。

动词
一个动词根据数(单数或复数)、人称(第一人称、第二人称、第三人称)、语态(主动语态、被动语态)、时态(一般现在时、过去时、将来时、现在完成时、过去完成时、将来完成时)和语气(陈述句、祈使句、虚拟语气) 的不同而不同。
数:除了一些特殊变化外,单数动词的末尾加“ar”。
