Bauglir，辛达语，对魔苟斯(Morgoth)的称呼，意思为“压迫者”、“暴君”。米尔寇(Melkor)是他还是维拉时候的原名，在昆雅语中意为“从力量中崛起者”。阿尔达(Arda)即托尔金作品中的世界。译名统一采用维基百科译名，因篇幅限制只作简要说明，详情可看维基百科相关条目及《精灵宝钻》等相关著作。
